Around three weeks ago I rescued Iggy from a Doberman Rescue . Iggy had been taken to a shelter with a badly deformed front leg by his owner she offered no information other than she could not keep him. He was 9 months old and weighed 4.5 pounds. After bein examined the vet felt it was best to amputate . Iggy came through surgery just fine and went to live at a foster through the Doberman rescue. I saw him on petfinder post surgery and instantly knew I wanted to bring him home to join my family and my other dog a jack chi named Carlos who I rescued 3 years ago and is a complete loveable crazy clown . I immediately applied to adopt Iggy and one week later went to pick him up . It has been a whirlwind of emotion and fun since then. Iggy gets around just fine and is fearless so I have to watch that he doesn’t jump off beds or wear himself out . His absolute favorite thing to do is follow Carlos around and mimic his every move . Carlos was a little disgruntled at first but now they are typical brothers rough housing ,playing and crashing together on the couch. Iggy is an inspiration to watch and a true sweetheart just like Carlos . He loves to eat , play with toys , smell flowers outside and sleep buried under the covers . I hope to share his adventures here and hope he inspires and entertains you as much as he does us.
Sooo adorable! Thanks for sharing
