Iggy is really coming into his own.

Iggy is really coming into his own. All my fears and concerns about how he would do in our house with all the steps and his crazy brother Carlos who never stops running, playing and jumping have been mostly alleviated in just these quick 5 weeks .

True to his min pin roots he is a tiny King and can hold his own. He has also warned the nickname Iggy piggy with his zest for meals and has gained a half a pound which was needed. He is a master manipulator knowing how to distract Carlos just long enough to steal the coveted nylabone that they both want regardless that there are 5 others laying around. Carlos has been a saint and also protective at times .

I do notice by the end of the day he gets a little tired and wobbly on his back legs . At these times I will help him to get up or down the steps. Considering it’s only been about 2 months since his amputation I think he is doing fantastic and don’t know what we ever did without him .
